Any good at writing birthday cards?

One of my work colleagues is celebrating her birthday in the next week - she is slightly senior, and we are more "colleagues" than "friends". I thought it would be nice to give her a card anyway, just to be polite, but I'm not entirely sure what to write inside.

Any good at writing birthday cards?
It is a nice gesture to give someone a card and very thoughful. In my family we keep birthday wishes short so this is what i think you should do. You should keep it simple you dont need a long fussy message. You can say her name or To____ (Dear is a little to formal) then something such as: "wishing you a happy birthday, have a good one" or "i hope you enjoy your birthday". Then sign off you your name.
Reply:To be polite is awsome. I hate phoney, gushy. Is there some kind of thing she does that you cauld say,,, Happy birthday to the best--(what ever she is ) does she do something better than anyone else in the workplace? If not I would sign it just as you fel about her.
