This might be the dumbest question ever, but I'm looking to get a greeting card for someone who speaks Russian. I don't know if greeting cards are something that is even used in Russian culture. If they do, is there a website that I can buy cards from?

Do Russians use birthday cards?
Here is one link I found from Hallmark. Apparantely, you can make your card and have it translated, say, in Russian.
