What is the best program for making a birthday card?

I have Printmaster, but I dont like how I have to fold it in fours. What programs can I use that are a free download?

I have Photobie, GIMP, Paint, and Printmaster.

I tried using Paint, but I don't know how to size it to fit a piece of paper.

Can I use one of the other programs I have? If so, how?

ANY help is appreciated!

What is the best program for making a birthday card?
Well, if it dosen't have to be fancy you can try doing it by hand, the best cards I have ever made have been by hand.

It may sound messy, but if you get creative and know your way around sissors and markers, then you'll be fine.

If you computerize it, it won't seem as you tried to do it from the heart, and it might not come out as well becuase you don't know how to use the program effectively.
Reply:Well, microsoft publisher is most likely the best to actully make a birthday card. But you can get something off the internet in paper size and maybe edit it a bit, because that would probably the best and easiest way.
Reply:Hallmark. lol.

u kno, with printmaster u can make the card fold in half 2. choose that instead of fourths
