How long do you keep birthday cards before throwing them out / packing away ??

I keep them out for a week then I put them away, I have like a bag full of bd cards from the last 30yrs...lol

Reply:i never throw them away......................usually i put them in a box with my other cards i have recieved
Reply:Usually a week or two, then toss them.
Reply:I have birthday cards from when I was 6...and I'm 20....so I keep them for a long long time. I've always liked keeping them though...Sometimes I look at them still....plus I would always write on the back what the person got me...which helps me decide what I buy for them or their children...
Reply:Day after the birthday or holiday all the cards go into the garbage then I stick my foot in and mash it down for good measure. Hah!

Reply:I'm shallow..but I usually only keep them for a few days!
Reply:a month or so but sometimes my mom or boyfriend writes something special inside them and if thats the case then I will keep them forever
Reply:I have them up for like 2 months because every 2 months it's someones birthday here %26amp; then their cards go up until the next persons birthday.
Reply:At least a month. If it says something earth shattering I keep for a while or until the affect goes away...

Reply:I usually keep them on display for 2 weeks or so. I keep birthday cards from my husband %26amp; parents in a special box. I have kept cards from special people/friends for a year, especially if they wrote a funny note inside. I think it's fun to go back and reread them one more time before I throw them away. I usually just have these stuck in a drawer so sometimes I come across them without actually meaning to.
